The following is an IMF Working Paper on Gender Responsive Government Budgeting (GRGB) by Feridoun Sarraf (2003). The author discusses the conceptual dimensions of GRGB, the anlytical tools necessary for introducting GRGB and the role of mulitlateral organizations in endorsing and implementing GRGB in various countries.
